《雀圣2：自摸天后》是由王晶执导，应采儿、元秋等主演的喜剧片，2005年11月在中国香港上映。 该片讲述了家庭主妇细芬非常喜欢打麻将，但丈夫子雄不让她去玩麻将，所以她只能偷偷地去和街坊邻居打麻将。细芬的麻将水平非常之高，尤其善“自摸”，因此被街坊邻居们称为“自摸天后” 。
